Bamboo is a highly renewable natural resources, it is the fastest-growing plant on earth due to a unique rhizome-dependent system. Unlike trees must take twenty to one hundred years to grow to full maturity, instead, bamboo can reach its full height only in two months and get mature in five years, certain species of bamboo can grow 91 cm (3 feet) within a 24-hour period, at a rate of almost 4 cm (1.5 inch) an hour. Bamboo can be harvested without removing the root, which means that it does not have to be replanted each season.
